1. Ensure the conveying platform remains free of heavy loads. Before operation, inspect the machine for intact parts and check for any leaks. Conduct a test run once all is secured.
2. Prior to use, thoroughly clean the machine. Wipe with a dry cloth, oil to appropriate levels, and preheat as necessary.
3. Avoid using overly hard dough (like frozen dough) and refrain from excessive one-time pressing to maintain equipment stability and longevity.
4. After 40 operational hours, adjust the belt and chain to prevent slipping or detachment.
After 80 hours, lubricate all transmission parts, including the sprocket and chain. Ensure all screws and nuts are tightened to prevent machine damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness-ensure no foreign matter like flour or dust accumulates on bearings, belts, and chains to prevent overheating or accelerated wear.
6. If any unusual noises are detected, shut down immediately and seek maintenance assistance.
7. Post-operation, clean the machine thoroughly with a rag; refrain from using water pipes for rinsing.
