Operational Approach

5. Keep clean and complete, bearings, belts, chains and other transmission parts can not be attached to flour, dust and other foreign bodies, so as to avoid burning out bearings or accelerating parts wear;
6. If abnormal sound is found in the operation of the pastry machine, it should be shut down immediately and ask maintenance personnel to repair it;
7. The machine should be cleaned after use. Please scrub it with a rag, but do not rinse it with a water pipe.
