4. After 40 hours of use, tighten the belt and chain to appropriate positions to prevent transmission slip and chain dislocation.
After 80 hours of continuous operation, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission components. Tighten screws, nuts, and other fasteners to prevent machine damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness and ensure bearings, belts, chains, and other transmission parts are free from flour, dust, and foreign particles to prevent bearing burnout and accelerated wear.
6. In case of abnormal sounds during operation, immediately shut down the machine and seek maintenance assistance.
7. Post-operation, clean the machine with a rag. Do not use a water hose for rinsing.
