2. Prior to use, clean the pastry machine thoroughly. Use a dry cloth for wiping, and make sure to fill the oil to the specified level and preheat;
3. Avoid using overly hard rolled dough (e.g., frozen dough) and refrain from excessive one-time pressing to maintain equipment stability and longevity;
4. After 40 hours of operation, adjust the belt and chain to avoid slippage and disengagement. Ensure transmission efficiency with proper tension;
After 80 hours, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission components, while also tightening screws and fasteners to prevent mechanical damage;
5. Maintain cleanliness to prevent foreign objects like flour and dust from accumulating on bearings, belts, and chains, which could burn out bearings or increase wear;
6. If you detect abnormal sounds during operation, immediately cease use and contact maintenance professionals for repairs;
