1. Ensure the conveying platform of the pastry machine is free from heavy items. Before operating, thoroughly inspect the machine for any damage or leakage. Conduct a test run only after confirming everything is in optimal condition.
2. Prior to use, meticulously clean the pastry machine. Wipe it down with a dry cloth and ensure the oil is at the required level before heating the machine.
3. Avoid using excessively hard dough, such as frozen dough, to maintain the stability and prolong the service life of the equipment. Refrain from applying too much pressure in one go.
4. After every 40 hours of operation, appropriately tighten the belt and chain to prevent transmission slip and chain detachment.
Following 80 hours of operation, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission parts. Additionally, tighten all screws, nuts, and fasteners to prevent any potential machine damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness and ensure all bearings, belts, chains, and other transmission parts are free from flour, dust, and foreign materials to avoid bearing burnout and accelerated wear.
6. Should you hear any abnormal sounds during operation, immediately shut down the machine and seek assistance from maintenance personnel for repairs.
7. Post-operation, clean the machine thoroughly. Use a rag for scrubbing but avoid rinsing with a water pipe to prevent damage.
