1. The conveyor platform of the pastry machine must not bear heavy objects. Before using the machine, ensure all parts are intact and there is no leakage. Only proceed with a test run when everything is verified to be in good condition.
2. Prior to usage, thoroughly clean the pastry machine. Use a dry cloth to wipe it down, fill the oil to the standard level, and preheat the machine accordingly.
3. Avoid using overly hard dough, such as frozen dough, in the machine. Do not apply excessive pressure in a single pass, as this could impact the machine's stability and shorten its lifespan.
4. After 40 hours of operation, tighten the belt and chain to the proper tension to prevent transmission slippage and chain detachment.
After 80 hours of operation, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission parts. Tighten all screws, nuts, and fasteners to prevent machine damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness and ensure that bearings, belts, chains, and other transmission parts are free from flour, dust, or other foreign substances to prevent bearing damage or accelerated wear.
6. If unusual noises are detected during operation, immediately shut down the machine and consult maintenance personnel for repairs.
7. After use, clean the machine thoroughly. Wipe it down with a rag, but do not use a water hose to rinse it.
