1. The conveying platform of the pastry machine should not bear heavy objects. Before use, ensure all parts are intact and check for any leakage. Only then can the machine be closed before initiating the test run.
2. Clean the pastry machine thoroughly before use. Wipe it down with a dry cloth, ensure the oil levels are up to standard, and preheat the machine.
3. The dough for rolling should not be overly hard (e.g., frozen dough). Avoid pressing too much dough at once to maintain the stability and prolong the service life of the equipment.
4. After 40 hours of operation, tighten the belt and chain to the appropriate tension to prevent transmission slippage and chain dislodgement.
After 80 hours of operation, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission parts. Tighten screws, nuts, and other fasteners to prevent damage to the machine.
5. Keep the machine clean and ensure bearings, belts, chains, and other transmission parts are free from flour, dust, or other foreign substances to prevent bearing burnout and accelerated wear of parts.
6. If any abnormal sounds are detected during the operation of the pastry machine, shut it down immediately and contact maintenance personnel for repairs.
7. Clean the machine after each use. Wipe it down with a cloth, and avoid rinsing it with a water hose.
