2. Clean the pastry machine thoroughly before use. Use a dry cloth for wiping, lubricate to the specified standard, and preheat the machine accordingly.
3. Avoid using excessively hard dough (e.g., frozen dough) and refrain from large one-time presses. Doing so can impact the machine's stability and shorten its service life.
4. After 40 hours of operation, tighten the belt and chain to the appropriate tension to prevent slippage and chain dislocation. This maintenance will ensure smooth and efficient transmission.
After 80 hours of operation, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission parts. Additionally, tighten all screws, nuts, and fasteners to avoid potential machine damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness and ensure that bearings, belts, and chains remain free of flour, dust, and other debris. This precaution helps prevent bearing burnout and reduces wear on parts.
6. If any abnormal sounds are detected during machine operation, stop immediately and consult maintenance personnel for repairs.
7. After use, clean the machine using a rag. Avoid rinsing with a water pipe to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
