1. The conveying platform of the pastry machine is designed for optimal performance and should not bear heavy loads. Ensure to inspect all parts for integrity and check for any leaks before operation. Only after confirming everything is intact, proceed with the test run.
2. Prior to usage, thoroughly clean the pastry machine using a dry cloth. Apply the correct amount of oil and preheat the machine to the standard temperature.
3. Avoid rolling excessively hard dough, such as frozen dough, and refrain from pressing large amounts at once. Doing so maintains the stability and extends the service life of your equipment.
4. After 40 hours of continuous operation, tighten the belt and chain to the appropriate tension to prevent slippage and ensure smooth transmission.
5. After 80 hours of operational use, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission parts. Tighten screws, nuts, and other fasteners to prevent machine damage.
6. Maintain a clean and debris-free environment for all bearings, belts, chains, and other transmission parts. Avoid accumulation of flour, dust, or any foreign particles to prevent bearing burnout and accelerated wear.
7. Immediately shut down the pastry machine if any abnormal sounds are detected, and contact maintenance personnel for prompt repair.
8. Clean the machine thoroughly after each use. Wipe it with a cloth but avoid using a water hose for rinsing to prevent damage.
