2. Prior to use, clean the machine with a dry cloth, lubricate as needed, and heat appropriately.
3. Ensure dough is not too hard; avoid excessive one-time pressing to maintain stability and prolong equipment life.
4. After 40 operational hours, adjust belt and chain tension to prevent slippage and disengagement.
After 80 hours, lubricate sprocket and chain, and tighten all fasteners to prevent machinery damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness to protect bearings, belts, and chains from foreign substances that could cause wear.
6. If abnormal sounds occur, stop the machine immediately and contact maintenance for repairs.
7. Post-operation, clean the machine with a cloth-avoid using water hoses to prevent damage.
