3. Avoid using excessively hard dough, such as frozen dough, with the machine. Additionally, do not attempt to press too much dough at once, as this can negatively affect the machine's stability and longevity.
4. After 40 hours of continuous operation, tighten the belt and chain to the appropriate tension to prevent slippage and chain detachment.
After 80 hours of continuous use, lubricate the sprocket, chain, and other transmission components. Additionally, tighten all screws, nuts, and fasteners to prevent machine damage.
5. Maintain cleanliness and integrity of the machine. Ensure that bearings, belts, chains, and other transmission parts are free of flour, dust, and foreign particles to prevent bearing burnout or accelerated wear.
6. If you detect any abnormal sounds during operation, immediately shut down the machine and consult maintenance personnel for repairs.
7. Clean the machine thoroughly after use. Use a rag to wipe it down and avoid using a water hose to rinse the machine.
